When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data are all data that can be used to personally identify you. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Skalivo Dent Inh. Denis Georgiev
Tübinger Straße 61
D-72762 Reutlingen
Phone: +49 7121 7550855

Storage Duration
Unless a more specific storage period has been stated in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g., tax or commercial law retention periods). In the latter case, the data will be deleted once these reasons no longer apply.
General Information on the Legal Basis for Data Processing on This Website
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, if special categories of data according to Art. 9(1) GDPR are being processed. In the case of express consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing also takes place based on Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or access to information on your device (e.g., via device fingerprinting), data processing is additionally based on § 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
If your data is required for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, we process your data based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data when necessary to fulfill a legal obligation under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data processing may also be based on our legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The applicable legal basis in each individual case is specified in the following sections of this privacy policy.
Recipients of Personal Data
In the course of our business activities, we work with various external parties. This may sometimes require the transfer of personal data to these external parties. We only transfer personal data to external parties when it is necessary for contract fulfillment, when we are legally obliged to do so (e.g., transfer of data to tax authorities), when we have a legitimate interest according to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or when another legal basis allows such data transfer. When using processors, we only transfer personal data of our customers based on a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing agreement is concluded.
Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and to Direct Advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)
When Data Processing Is Based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR
You have the right at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis for processing can be found in this privacy policy. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims (objection under Art. 21(1) GDPR).
If your personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will subsequently no longer be used for direct marketing purposes (objection under Art. 21(2) GDPR).
Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will be done only to the extent technically feasible.
Right to Access, Rectification, and Deletion
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, and, if applicable, a right to rectification or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions regarding personal data, you may contact us at any time.
Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You may contact us at any time regarding this right. The right to restrict processing applies in the following cases:
If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. During the verification period, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of processing instead of deletion.
If you have objected pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balancing of your interests and ours must be carried out. As long as it has not been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data – apart from its storage – may only be processed with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
SSL or TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this page uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser’s address line changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
4. Data Collection on This Website
Server Log Files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:
Browser type and version
Operating system used
Referrer URL
Hostname of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address
A combination of this data with other data sources is not carried out.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website — for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.
Inquiries by Email, Telephone, or Fax
If you contact us by email, telephone, or fax, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data (such as name and the content of your inquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We will not share this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is required for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), if requested. Consent can be revoked at any time.
The data you send to us via contact inquiries will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions — in particular, statutory retention periods — remain unaffected.
5. Plugins and Tools
Google Fonts (Local Hosting)
This website uses Google Fonts for a uniform presentation of fonts, provided by Google. The Google Fonts are installed locally. No connection to Google servers takes place.
Further information about Google Fonts can be found at
https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq
and in Google’s privacy policy:

6. Our Social Media Presence
Data Processing by Social Networks
We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The specific social networks we use are listed below.
Social networks such as Facebook or similar platforms can generally analyze your user behavior extensively when you visit their websites or a website with integrated social media content (e.g., like buttons or ad banners). Visiting our social media profiles triggers numerous data processing operations. Specifically:
If you are logged into your social media account and visit our profile, the operator of the social media platform can associate this visit with your account. However, your personal data can also be collected even if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social network. In this case, data collection takes place, for example, through cookies stored on your device or by capturing your IP address.
The data collected in this way can be used by social network operators to create user profiles containing your preferences and interests. This allows interest-based advertising to be displayed to you both within and outside the social media platform. If you have an account on the respective social network, this advertising can appear on all devices where you are or were logged in.
Please also note that we cannot fully influence all data processing procedures performed by the social media platforms. Depending on the provider, additional data processing may be carried out by the operators. For details, please refer to the terms of use and privacy policies of the respective platforms.
Legal Basis
Our social media presence aims to ensure the broadest possible visibility on the Internet. This constitutes a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks themselves may rely on different legal bases, which must be stated by the operators (e.g., consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Joint Responsibility and Exercising Rights
When you visit one of our social media profiles (e.g., Facebook), we are jointly responsible with the social media platform operator for the data processing that occurs during your visit. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and complaint) both with us and with the respective platform operator (e.g., Facebook).
Please note that despite joint responsibility, we do not have full control over the data processing of the platforms. Our ability to influence depends largely on the policies of the respective providers.
Storage Duration
Data collected directly by us via our social media profiles are deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for their storage ceases to apply, you request deletion, revoke your consent, or the purpose for processing no longer exists. Stored cookies remain on your device until you delete them. Mandatory legal provisions — especially statutory retention periods — remain unaffected.
We have no influence on how long your data is stored by the social network operators for their own purposes. For details, please refer directly to the privacy policies of the respective providers (see below).
