Our workflow begins with the receipt and analysis of the digital scan data.

After a thorough review, the files are processed in our CAD system, where our dental technicians design the restorations with precision, tailored to function, aesthetics, and material selection. The manufacturing then takes place using the latest CAM technologies such as high-performance milling and 3D printing to ensure the highest accuracy and quality.

In the manual finishing stage, experienced technicians give each restoration its final touch. Polishing, color characterization, and fine detailing ensure a natural result. After thorough quality control, every piece is hygienically packaged and reliably delivered to the dental practice — precise, safe, and on time.
